It needed to be fixed. Skill removal (or total nerf) was the best short term option; Izzy did this well.
Now, in the long run, he should balance it and reintroduce it. What he does NOW is what will determine how good Izzy is at his job.

overnerfing is to be expected, yes. this however is rediculous. you people make it sound like the skill was simply made less effective. it has the most rediculous stats of any skill in the game and the effect wasnt even that powerful in the first place
